We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to help fuel our continued growth!
As a high-growth company, we’re seeking a Sales Manager who shares our passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping a better future.
In this role, you will lead sales efforts across the DACH region, driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will promote our focus segments, including Retail Carrier Bags, Tags and Bands, Sensitive Surface and Hygiene.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Proactively approach potential customers and develop a deep understanding of Paptic® materials to educate customers about features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding our impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving their commitment to sustainable packaging.
- Identify and pursue new leads.
- Meet or even exceed sales targets established by the Head of Sales, while tracking sales progress to report key activities and results to management.

WHAT HELPS YOU TO SUCCEED:
- A strong hunter mentality with a bold approach to sales.
- An innovative mindset and the courage to target big, long-term growth opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire others, both internally and externally.
- 5+ years in international B2B sales with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
- Knowledge of packaging market, grocery store and retail brand market space is beneficial but not required.
- Experience executing sales strategies.
- Fluency in German and English are a must, additional languages are a plus.
